Toolkit for working on gender equality in practice enterprises<\/h3><\/div>

Fundaci\u00f3 Inform<\/strong> has participated in an Erasmus KA2 project together with the NGO Hekima<\/a><\/strong> from Slovakia and with EU funding, with the aim of raising awareness and sensitivity about the social difficulties that women face in their daily lives. This project provides educational material to work on entrepreneurship and business vision in practice enterprises from a gender perspective.<\/p>\n<\/div>

A board game to raise awareness among youth about social issues affecting women’s lives<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>

With this educational board game Inclusion and Equality in Business, we address taboo topics such as discrimination against women, limited job opportunities, the gender pay gap, and the pressure to balance work and family life, among others.<\/p>\n

We understand that it is essential that young people in particular – future entrepreneurs and managers – understand the social problems that directly affect the daily lives of women. In addition, they must be able to apply this knowledge in practice when entering the workforce or starting their own company. The aim of the game is to strengthen the empathy and social responsibility of young people to contribute to a fairer society. The game also includes a toolkit on equality and activities that can be implemented in practice enterprises.<\/p>\n
