The methodology encouraged the exchange of experiences among teaching teams, coordinators and technical staff, fostering a shared vision of educational innovation.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1089\" data-end=\"1114\"><strong>Activities carried out<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"1116\" data-end=\"1801\">\n<li data-start=\"1116\" data-end=\"1202\">\n<p data-start=\"1118\" data-end=\"1202\">Introduction to virtual reality, extended reality and their application in training.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1203\" data-end=\"1310\">\n<p data-start=\"1205\" data-end=\"1310\">Collaborative hackathon in mixed groups by simulated-company areas: sales, warehouse and human resources.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1311\" data-end=\"1411\">\n<p data-start=\"1313\" data-end=\"1411\">Identification of five training challenges per area that could be addressed using virtual reality.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1412\" data-end=\"1507\">\n<p data-start=\"1414\" data-end=\"1507\">Plenary sharing of the challenges identified and collection of conclusions on a visual board.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1508\" data-end=\"1596\">\n<p data-start=\"1510\" data-end=\"1596\">Design of three virtual reality training activities applicable to the SEFED programme.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1597\" data-end=\"1714\">\n<p data-start=\"1599\" data-end=\"1714\">Discussion and idea-sharing space between teaching staff and the coordination teams of the different SEFED organizations.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Impact and next steps<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1829\" data-end=\"2089\">The seminar had a direct impact on how participants understand the potential of virtual reality within the SEFED programme.
